Miles Kelly donates 100 books to the ReadWell charity

Following the success of our ‘Buy one, donate one’ scheme for World Book Day, in aid of the ReadWell charity, we’re very pleased to announce that we will be donating 100 new books to the cause.

The books will be sent to the ReadWell headquarters and then distributed to the charity’s network of 26 hospitals across the UK, to bring more joy to children’s stay in hospital. The provision of reading books for pleasure in hospitals falls outside the authority of governmental bodies, making ReadWell’s book donations very important. These donations provide a library of books for children to discover and escape into, hopefully making them feel a little less afraid.

Everyone at Miles Kelly wants to thank all those who bought a book on 5 March and we hope that our books bring lots of happiness to the children who pick them up.
