“A Book a Day Keeps the Blues Away” in our half-term competition!

To make February half term even better, we’re running a competition on Facebook and Twitter called “A Book a Day Keeps the Blues Away where we’ll be giving away books for two weeks to some of our lucky social media followers! There will also be special bumper giveaways at the weekends.

All you have to do to enter is like our Facebook page and follow us @MilesKellyPub on Twitter and either ‘like’ and share or ‘like’ and retweet giveaway posts that you spot.

Why A Book a Day Keeps the Blues Away
We’re running this competition not just because we love to give away free books to children, (although we really do!), but because we want to show children how much fun reading can be and to prove the benefits of doing so on a regular basis. This includes a whole host of positive effects, from developing communication skills to improving emotional well-being. We love this quote from The Reading Agency: “Everything changes when we read”.
