Why A Book a Day Keeps the Blues Away
We’re running this competition not just because we love to give away free books to children, (although we really do!), but because we want to show children how much fun reading can be and to prove the benefits of doing so on a regular basis. This includes a whole host of positive effects, from developing communication skills to improving emotional well-being. We love this quote from The Reading Agency: “Everything changes when we read”.
