Returns
We operate a 14-day return policy after delivery. We only accept the return of books ordered from www.mileskelly.net.
To return an item/items, please write to Miles Kelly within 14 days giving the order number, details of the goods ordered, and reason for the return.
Once a customer service representative has accepted your return request, you must return the goods to our distributor, Trade Counter Distribution at your own cost, in an unused and resaleable condition, at the address below.
You must take reasonable care to ensure the goods are not damaged whilst in your possession or in transit.
Once you have notified Miles Kelly Publishing that you are cancelling the contract, Miles Kelly Publishing will refund or re-credit you within 60 days of the receipt of the returned goods for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your bank.
Please note: if you have purchased on a 3 for 2 offer, all goods must be returned in order to receive a full refund.
