We may collect your name, address, telephone number, or feedback and preferences.
For website order payments, the third-party websites SagePay and Paypal process your financial data, and this is not seen or stored by Miles Kelly. If a phone order is processed, your financial data is destroyed after it has been input.
How do we use your data?
Your personal data is used to process and deliver your order, manage your account, send you competition prizes, and if you agree, to send you newsletters about our products and things you may find interesting.
In processing your order, we send your shipping details to Trade Counter Distribution who will send out your order.
Your personal information is never shared with any other third-parties.
What marketing information will we send you?
If you have consented, we may send you information about our new books and anything else we think may be of interest. You may opt out at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any newsletter, or by emailing hello@mileskelly.net.
What access do you have to the data we hold?

What are cookies?
Cookies are files placed on computers to collect website visitor behaviour information. This information is used to create statistical reports about website activity. We collect data, including Demographics and Interest Reporting, about our website visitors using Google Analytics. This enables us to give you the best experience on our website and online avenues, making sure you only see information that is relevant to you. Visitors can opt out using Google Analytics opt-out tool.
How do we protect your data?
Your data is stored in the back-end of Shopify, our website host. We use two-factor authentication – which means we have to sign-in using two methods every time – to add extra security. Shopify adheres to industry standards in the protection of your data.
What about other websites and third-party links?
Occasionally we may include or offer third-party products or services on our website or newsletters. These sites have independent privacy policies, and therefore we have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites.
