ORDERS
How do I order a book if I don't want to do it online?
If you don't want to order online, please ring us on 01371 832440 or email hello@mileskelly.net with ISBNs and titles of the books you would like, the delivery address, your name and contact details, and your payment information.
Can I track my order?
Our UK free delivery option is not a trackable service. However, our priority delivery service can be tracked. International orders cannot be tracked.
When will a book come back into stock?
Some of our books run out of stock and are not reprinted, usually because we are working on a newer edition or a replacement. If a title is being reprinted, it can take a few weeks for a book to come back into stock. If you are interested in a particular book, please email hello@mileskelly.net and we will tell you what the best option is.
Can I order books in bulk?
To place a large order, or if you are a bookshop, library or other UK trade outlet, please contact our Trade Sales Manager, andrew@mileskelly.net.
Can I cancel an order?
Once you have placed an order, it can be cancelled within 14 days. Orders are shipped within 2 days of being placed, so if you choose to cancel the order after this, the goods will have been shipped. In this case, a refund will be issued when the goods are returned to our distributor, Trade Counter Distribution Limited.
Where can I get a copy of your trade catalogue?
Download a copy of our catalogue here. Trade customers can order a printed version by contacting hello@mileskelly.net.

How long does UK delivery take?
UK orders take 3–7 working days to arrive using our UK free delivery option. If you haven't received your order after 14 days, please contact hello@mileskelly.net. See full details at Delivery and Returns.
Can Miles Kelly books be delivered internationally?
We are currently only delivering within the UK.
How do I return a book?
Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving an order, to our distributor, Trade Counter Distribution Limited, in a resaleable condition and notify Miles Kelly Publishing by emailing hello@mileskelly.net. We will refund you within 60 days of the receipt of the returned goods. See full details at Delivery and Returns.
PAYMENT
What is Sage Pay?
Sage Pay is a system we use to ensure secure payment is processed on the Internet. When you enter your card details, you will be taken to Sage Pay's external website where your payment will be processed securely, before you return to the Miles Kelly website. We use Sage Pay to ensure maximum security for our customers and their payment details.
What is your refund policy?
You can request a refund up to 14 days after receiving your order. The goods must be returned to our distributor in a resaleable condition. Refunds will be carried out up to 60 days after the receipt of the goods. See returns details at Delivery and Returns and find out more about our refund policy at Terms and Conditions (5. Your right of cancellation).
Are my payment details secure?
Paying for your order through the website is secure. We never pass on your details to any other party.
How do I use promotional codes?
Simply enter your code at the checkout and the total price for your order will be automatically discounted.

Can I submit a manuscript of a book I have written?
Miles Kelly specializes in producing non fiction books for kids and classic children's books, so we don't accept unsolicited manuscripts.
Can I send samples of my artwork to Miles Kelly?
We are happy to receive samples of artwork and we will get in touch if we would like to work with you. Send samples to:

Facts for Projects has been integrated into the Miles Kelly website, in the Kids' Corner. Here you can find lots of free stuff to download and things to do, such as craft projects, plus videos relating to our books.

Art from Books is a sister company of Miles Kelly Publishing, where you can buy original artwork featured in our extensive catalogue of books. We have a huge amount of artwork available, from fiction illustrations to detailed natural history artwork.

Does Miles Kelly make ebooks?
Our ebooks are available on a wide range of digital devices, including iPad, Kobo, Nook and Kindle, and devices operated by Android. You can also buy our books from retail sites.
Can I return an ebook?
Once you have downloaded an ebook, you cannot return it. Miles Kelly has no control over this.
