Miles
Kelly Publishing is an independent children’s publishing
company founded by Jim Miles and Gerard Kelly in 1996 and
based in the village of Great Bardfield in Essex, UK. Our
books are available throughout the world in over 50
languages. The trademarks are superb photo-realistic
artwork, great design values in layouts and covers and
well-written text suited to children between the ages of 7
and 12 years. Above all, our aim has been to make our
top-quality books enjoyable, attractive and useful with
fresh and innovative features that appeal to a wide
readership.
The
range of titles is wide and varied. We have over 700 titles
across the Miles Kelly and Bardfield Press imprints –
encyclopedias, reference series, quiz books, dictionaries,
atlases, handbooks, fact books, poetry, fiction, novelty
books and much more. The list continues to grow at the rate
of about 100 new titles per year. This year our flagship
titles are a new series of books with lenticular covers,
integrated wall-posters and several other features unique to
reference books. |

Since
we began we have produced books for other publishers. In
total we have created over 200 titles for 15 different
publishing companies in the UK and US. We are currently
working on the fourth Ripley’s Believe it or Not
title as well as two joint publishing titles with Ripley
Entertainment.
